Biography
Bow Wow Meow was established in 2017 when Emily decided to channel her life-long love for pets into her daily work. She is happiest in the outdoors, walking through the urban landscape with pups, and as best friend to dogs, while ensuring they are thriving and enriched. Emily received mentorship from established and knowledgeable Toronto Dog Walkers over the years, which enabled her to bring Bow Wow Meow forth with her own unique style and heart.
Emily offers boarding, house visits and house-sitting, puppy visits, transport, daycare, and private dog walks. Boarding is available in midtown Toronto (Bathurst and St. Clair) and she conduct walks in areas ranging from St. Clair West, down to Yorkville (generally encompassing Ramsden, Cedarvale and Sir Winston Churchill off-leash parks). House appointments are available within a few kilometers from her home-base, but please inquire. Emily is experienced with both dog park life and taking charge of a large pack as they explore the streets, on-foot.
Emily is a life-long learner and pursues continuing education through Toronto Humane Society and Educanine—both organizations operate at the highest, most humane standard. She is a volunteer driver for Critter Cabs, moving rescue animals (feral and domestic) to homes, fosters and rehabs across Ontario. She is playful and affectionate with all her dogs, bonds with animals readily, and ensures they have fun and stay healthy. She is a caring and charismatic aunt in her pups' lives.
